1. Sturdy structure
The frame is divided into two types: welded and assembled: small and medium-sized specifications generally adopt welded type, and large specifications generally adopt assembled type. The welded type adopts large arc transition fillet and low stress area welding method, which greatly reduces stress concentration and ensures the equal strength of the frame in all directions. It has the characteristics of impact resistance, uniform force, and low failure rate. The assembled type adopts advanced modular and non-welded frame structure design, with high fatigue strength and high reliability. At the same time, the whole machine is assembled, which is more convenient for transportation and installation. It is especially suitable for installation in small and difficult-to-transport places such as underground mines and high-altitude mines.
2. Superior cavity design
The "V" symmetrical crushing cavity design is adopted to make the actual feed opening width consistent with the nominal feed opening width. And the crushing cavity is deep, the meshing angle is small, and the stroke is large, which makes the processing capacity greater, the energy consumption lower, and the crushing performance good.
3. The heavy-duty movable jaw assembly is durable
The heavy-duty movable jaw assembly adopts a forged heavy-duty eccentric shaft, high-quality heavy-duty rolling bearings, and a movable jaw body optimized by FEM analysis, which ensures the high impact resistance and stability of the movable jaw assembly; the labyrinth seal and the run-in system ensure that the bearing grease is not contaminated, and the lubrication is more convenient, making it run longer and more stable.
4. Design of movable jaw guard
A heavy-duty guard is installed above the movable jaw to avoid material impact and effectively protect the movable jaw body and its internal bearings from damage.
5. Convenient and fast particle size adjustment
CS series jaw crushers adopt mechanical or hydraulic discharge port adjustment devices. Its double wedge adjustment method is simpler, safer, faster, and saves downtime compared to the gasket adjustment operation.
6. Adopting "large-size bearing" design
Adopting "large-size bearing" design makes it have large load-bearing capacity, longer life, safer and more reliable to use.
7. Spring or hydraulic cylinder
The movable jaw tensioning device adopts hydraulic or spring screw structure. The spring screw structure adopts advanced friction reduction device, which is easy and quick to adjust.
8. Integral bearing seat
The integral cast steel bearing seat structure ensures full cooperation with the frame, avoiding unnecessary radial load on the bearing caused by the combined bearing seat during the tightening process, making the bearing run more smoothly.
9. Integrated motor installation
The integrated installation method of the motor seat and the crusher frame not only saves the installation space of the jaw crusher and reduces the length of the V-belt, but also realizes the adjustment of the V-belt tension due to the synchronous movement of the frame, motor seat and motor, and the adjustable motor seat, thereby extending the service life of the V-belt.
10. Shock-absorbing installation design
The crusher is fixed with a special rubber shock-absorbing device, which effectively absorbs the vibration peak of the equipment, while allowing the vertical and longitudinal displacement of the crusher, thereby reducing the impact on the foundation.
